    1. Eligibility for Cancellation
      • Timeframe: Cancellation requests must be made within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.
      • Course Access:Users should have accessed less than 10% of the total course content. If more than 10% has been accessed, cancellation and refund are not permitted.
      • Subscriptions:For subscription services, cancellations apply only to future billing periods; the current billing period is non-refundable.
    2. How to Cancel Your Enrollment

      To cancel enrollment:

      • Log in to your SkillsynQ account.
      • Navigate to the "My Courses" or "My Subscriptions" section.
      • Select the course or service to cancel.
      • Click on "Cancel Enrollment" or "Cancel Subscription" and confirm.

    3. Consequences of Cancellation
      • Access to the course or service is revoked immediately.
      • If eligibility conditions are met, a refund may be issued as outlined in the Refund Policy.

  3. Refund Policy

    1. Eligibility for Refund are granted if:
      • The request is submitted within 7 days of the initial purchase.
      • Less than 10% of the course content has been accessed.
      • The course or service is eligible; certain items are non-refundable (see below).
      • Course Not Accessible: If you are unable to access a purchased course due to technical issues that cannot be resolved by our support team, you may be eligible for a refund.
      • Duplicate Purchases:Refunds are available for accidental duplicate course purchases.
      • Change of Mind: Refunds for a "change of mind" are not guaranteed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
    2. Non-Refundable Items

      Non-refundable fees and services include:

      • Certification exam fees.
      • Downloadable course materials.
      • Subscription services already utilized within the billing period.
      • Administrative or processing fees for special services.

    3. Refund Process

      3. The refund is credited back to the original payment method. For credit card or PayPal payments, refunds may take an additional 7-14 business days to appear, depending on the bank or service provider.

    In cases of extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies, technical issues preventing access, unforeseen personal situations), exceptions may be considered. To request a review:

  5. Subscription Cancellations

    • Monthly Subscriptions:

      Cancellable at any time; cancellations affect future billing periods only. The current month's subscription is non-refundable.

    • Annual Subscriptions:

      If canceled within the first 7 days of purchase and eligibility conditions are met (e.g., accessed less than 10% of content), a refund is issued. After 7 days, no refund is granted, but access remains for the rest of the subscription term.

  6. Amendments to this Policy

    SkillsynQ reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting on the LMS platform. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing the policy to stay informed. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
